Colliers International CEE awarded Agency of the Year in: Capital Markets and Industrial & Logistics

On March 3, 2010, at the 7th CEE RE Quality Awards Ceremony organized in association with Financial Times, Colliers International CEE was awarded the two most prestigious prizes in the East Europe region:

CEE Capital Markets Agency of the Year

CEE Industrial & Logistics Agency of the Year

The above results make Colliers International CEE the leading real estate consultancy in these sectors in the region in 2009, in terms of market share. The total investment market share of Colliers International CEE was 37%; industrial & logistics market share was 46% considering all deals involving the participation of a real estate agency firm.

Organised by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times, the event attracts more than 500 guests from 30 countries. Awards are presented to the best real estate projects, companies and industry professionals of the year. In its seventh year the event has become practically unmissable for anyone involved in the Central & Eastern European real estate business.

The CEEQA Jury is charged with assessing all award nominations and deciding the which real estate projects, companies and industry professionals have led the CEE property markets in 2009 against key criteria and market reports. The 7th CEEQA Jury comprises 24 senior representatives of market leading companies active in the sector.
