At the moment we are looking for:
CONSULTANT IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT
Key responsibilities:
• Searching and attracting potential lease clients to large industrial/office/retail projects
• Negotiating and submitting commercial terms of lease
• Discussing lease agreements on behalf of landlords
• Preparing contract reports for landlords
• Signing agreements for consultancy services
• Participating in development of promotional and marketing materials
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
• Successful experience in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a hyper-dynamic environment as a part of a team and independently
• Initiative, determined and result-oriented personality
• Good analytical skills
• Strong desire to develop in real estate field
• It is necessary to have the certificate of the realtor, issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
